That is a huge improvement. I think you caught all the tangents too. I feel like the eyes might be making the face a bit to busy but that may just be something that would be cleared up with color separation. Nice Fix.
Yeah, good fixes. Little warning though, while not distracting, the dog dish and podium thing are on a different plane than her.
I think your technically right mike, but i think it works that way in a purely design sense
