Alright guys, here it is. More or less. It's getting there, and I think I need an eye opener. I have been looking at it way to long. haha. Due to other things I need to try to get this done by this Thursday.On a side note: I did play with moving the arm in the top right corner to be coming in from a bit higher but it looked a tad awkward. Sooooo I just left it the way it was. I'm pretty sure its mostly tightening things up and adding detail but let me know either way...

Wow, this looks really good man. There are so many really nice textures and colors throughout this piece, and i love how you have the figures pushed up so far into the foreground allowing the really nice atmospheric perspective for the stuctures in the background, which is my favorite part. im not sure about the upward diagional angle of the ground, it just seems like some of the figures are on different planes. It is a really dynamic piece and came out nice.
alex this is looking very nice. As far as finishing it i think you need a brighter color somewhere probably on the kneeling blue guy in the center he seems too grey. also the hand of your other blue guy might look better if it overlapped the kneeling guys thigh more. something i might try is brightening the ornament on the stone, but i don't know if that would ruin the depth. i love the dark skin in the foreground it looks so real and the positions of the people are really good too.
This piece looks really nice, the angle of the ground and the difference in the positions of the people is sweet. Some things I noticed when it was in the thumbnail view is the closer man in blue's hand kind of gets confusing along with the hand that is holding that mans hair. I also agree with bernadette that there might need to be some colors pushed a little bit brighter. But other than those small things I think this is a pretty sweet piece.
This is looking nice. There is one thing I noticed right off the bat though, just as Bernadette said. The man's hand in the foreground makes a mean tangent with the kneeling man's knee and the sacrificer's foot. Other than that, this piece is really solid. Nice butt cheeks in the foreground. Oh, and you have probably seen it before, but if not, then check out this piece by Jon Foster. Thanks Dave, and yeah that has been a struggle to keep my piece from being to heavily influenced by his. He nailed it when he did it so the bar was set pretty high...Did I pass him? ha no... but I think I did alright. I see what you guys mean on the tangent, I'm gonna need to do something with it. I'm glad you guys like it... this thing has been hell and I don't really trust it anymore. lol. I'll be sure to brighten the colors though for sure.
Haha, someone always get you for a tangent. It's looking pretty goodover all though. The whole thing feels a bit washed out. Did you use any black? Could be the brightness of my moniter though. Props on pulling it off though. You worked hard on it, and I'm happy it worked out.
Little thing that needs a quick fix that I'm surprised nobody picked up on. On the right side, all the bricks inbetween his legs are going to different viewpoints than the rest of the piece. Quite a few of them that are going somewhere else, but those in particular stand out. Little curious though. You overlay a texture for the bricks? cause your a mad man if you painted that haha.
haha well... I laied in a stone texture then painted them into individual bricks. I did the division lines and then the highlights.And those stupid bricks...yeah I'm aware of the funkyness between his legs...i have messed with it a few times but they still look weird. ill mess with the settings to see if i can make it "pop" more.
Did you reupload a more contrasted version already? The only thing that needs adjusted on those brics are for the vertical lines to recede to the same one-point perspective spot you have going already. They are gonna tilt quite a bit.
