The Keeper

This is a drawing for styles class for the strathmore sketchpad contest. It had to revolve around the theme of green and recycling and this is what I came up with. I plan on painting it either digitally or in oils over winter break.

Hey man. This is looking really great. The charter is really well designed. My only big critique is the smog/smoke in the background. its a little strange how it curves around him. I think a few places where they pass behind him and would help make the background feel more attached to the character. I dont think it would hurt how much he pops right now either.

Thanks Alex. I did notice the smoke being a little odd once I finished it too. I think I'll definately change it up a bit in the painting process having it pass behind him more naturally.
